LEGAL NOTICE : PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CANVASSING BOARD
The City of WPB Canvassing Board will convene on Friday, March 15, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. to conduct a machine recount of the Mayoral contest of March 12, 2019.
In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, City of West Palm Beach Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public and will be conducted at the Supervisor of Elections Service Center, located at 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, FL 33404.

The City of West Palm Beach Canvassing Board will convene March 15, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., and remain in session as needed for conduct of a machine recount of the Mayoral contest of  March 12, 2019,  in accordance to Florida Statute 102.141 (7) and FS 102.166, should a recount be called by the West Palm Beach Canvassing Board.

NOTE: Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, states that if a person decides to appeal any decision by a board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. It shall be the responsibility of any person needing such a record to arrange for and obtain such a verbatim record at his/her own cost and expense.
