Award Winning Drinking Water

West Palm Beach competed in a judged taste test with 18 other municipalities in Palm Beach and Broward counties (including both county water systems) and won as the Best Tasting Drinking Water at the Florida Section VI of the American Water Works Association regional event. We encourage our residents to drink our award winning tap water over wasteful bottled water as tap water is also more highly regulated than bottled water. DID YOU KNOW? Our water comes from our very own Grassy Waters Preserve. You heard right. The beautiful preserve comprises 40% of our City's land size and serves as the primary source of drinking water for more than 130,000 people.

Check our calendar of events to find where our Office will be so you can take advantage of our thirst quenching Hydration Station (below) and fill up your resuable water bottle. Don't have a resuable water bottle? Visit our table at local events. Odds are, we will have one waiting just for you, for free.
