Questions

Site Visit Date
Contact: Brandon Fyffe
Please clarify the date/time of the site visit/pre-proposal meeting. There are two different dates listed in the RFP.
Financial Question
Contact: Katelyn Hiller
1. What is the desired financial model? Generally, on-site clinics are a cost plus model in which the client pays a fixed fee for labor, the management fee, and IT costs – supplies are billed as a pass-through cost. We noticed that you are requesting a fee for service model (so, physical exams would be $0 since you are already paying for the labor). Can you clarify the desired model please?

2. If the services on page 29-34 are to be billed on a fee for service basis, is the price figure that is entered into the grid meant to be a per unit price or total annual estimate? If total annual, please provide volume data.
Financial Question
Contact: Katelyn Hiller
For services that are not possible to be performed at the onsite clinic (e.g. mammograms, stress echo tests, MRIs), is the City requesting that the vendor determine local partnerships and then pass- through the third party pricing, or simply manage referrals?

Page 36 asks for “Top 10” Supplies – how is “Top 10” defined? Most commonly ordered? Most expensive? Again, is the figure that is entered into the grid meant to be a per unit price or total annual estimate? If a total annual estimate, please provide volumes
