Digital Plans via ProjectDox

In the near future, the Building Division of the Development Services Department will be accepting all plans digitally. As this process gets closer, we will update the information. We will also hold seminars and training sessions for the industry to ensure you are kept up to date on this process. In the meantime, if you wish to submit digital plans for review, it remains an option. For more  information on this process or to submit a plan, please contact Caroline Puell at (561) 805-6659 or cpuell@wpb.org or Laura Marchant at (561) 805-6658 or lemarchant@wpb.org.

Upon application and fee payment, design documents submission options are as follows:

  1. Upload plans and supporting documents via the ProjectDox portal with digital signatures of design professionals as applicable; use the required naming convention for each document.
  2. Include a CD if design professional digital signatures are to be provided as required; use the required naming convention for each document.
  3. Include a CD with one set of traditional paper design documents signed and sealed as required if not providing digital signatures; use the required naming convention for each document.
  4. One set of traditional paper design documents subject to administrative fees to digitize the documents.
